Goat cheese stuffed peppers. Meats: salami rose(s), coppa, and bresaola. Fresh fruits include blueberries, blackberries, and grapes. Dried cherries. Nuts could be sweet or savory cashews, roasted almonds, or marcona almonds. For crackers we use round Italian tarallis, pita crisp crackers, and fig & nut crackers. Olives could be kalamata, castelveltrano, gorgonzola stuffed olives, and mediterranean mixed olives.
