FEEDS UP TO 15 PEOPLE! Some of the cheeses you’ll find in this box: Drunken Goat, manchego, St Agur blue cheese, Beemster gouda, swiss, aged cheddar, mini peppers stuffed with Boursin and topped with everything bagel seasoning, mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes, and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. Meats: salami rose(s), coppa, and bresaola. Fresh fruits include raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and grapes. Dried cherries. Nuts could be sweet or savory cashews, or marcona almonds. Dried seasoned shitake mushrooms. For crackers we use Italian tarallis, Carrs water crackers, pita crisp crackers, fig and nut crackers. Olives could be kalamata olives, gorgonzola stuffed olives, or castelvetrano. Packaged in a disposable lightweight balsam wood box with a cover measures 15” across and 3” tall.
