Some of the cheeses you’ll find on this board: Imported Spanish manchego, gouda, aged cheddar, red wine cheese, mini peppers stuffed with Boursin and topped with everything bagel seasoning, mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes and basil, and prosciutto wrapped provolone. Meats: salami rose(s), coppa, and bresaola. Fresh fruits include blueberries, blackberries, and grapes. Dried cherries. Nuts could be sweet or savory cashews, or salted roasted almonds. For crackers we use round Italian tarallis and pita crisp crackers. Olives could be kalamata olives, gorgonzola stuffed olives, and mediterranean mixed olives.
